What sizes do you offer?

Olivia Miller offers a wide selection of sizing: Women’s 6 through 10, Girls 11 through 5 and Toddlers 5 through 10. We are constantly expanding our size range to meet customer demand.

How does Olivia Miller fit?

While sizing might slightly vary depending on the style, all our shoes are medium width and run in full sizes. Our Jelly sandals are true to size, and the Caye sandals are a little snug. We’ve found that most customers size up in this style.

If you wear a half size and prefer a wider, looser fit we suggest sizing up to the next full size in all of our styles!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes! We ship internationally! Shipping costs may vary and will be added to your cart at checkout. We also offer special promotions & discounts year-round, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the destination, domestic processed orders generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. International deliveries tend to take a big longer, anywhere from 7-16 business days. Shipping details will be provided in your confirmation email. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

To deliver your Olivia Miller order we've partnered with all major shipping carriers. When checking out you will be promoted to select your desired delivery method — and just like that your shoes are on their way!

How can I return my order?

For US orders, simply click here. Make sure you have your order number, and email used to place the order, as you'll need those to initiate your exchange or return. If you don’t know your order number, customers can usually locate it by searching for “Confirmation Order” in your inbox or by looking for "Olivia Miller Order" number on the shipping label, If you still can't locate your order email us directly at help@oliviamiller.com and we'll walk you through the process.
